I had a drain pipe that was heavily leaking and caused some water damage in my crawl space. Zion was able to come out right away, assess the damage, and explain the problem clearly to me. He and his team were at the property the next morning, and had the damage cleaned up in half a day. They covered everything with plastic, and kept my house clean while they worked. A month later, I noticed that I still had a bit of a musty smell. I was worried about some lingering water damage. Zion came out immediately to look at the problem, and sent me photos to show that the area was still nice and dry. He even offered some additional solutions to help remedy the smell. Overall, I had a gret experience with ZGREEN and would recommend them to anyone.

Zion was amazing! The same day I called about a water leak, he was on site to look at the damage and explain how the process would work. Once the plumbers removed the faulty equipment, Zion was back again within a couple of hours to start the remediation process. The leak wasn't too severe, so he wanted to see if he could resolve the damage externally to save me the expense of reconstruction. When he returned later, his wetness measurements clearly showed he really did need to cut into some walls to properly remediate the damage. He and his crew were back the next day, removing any material which could become moldy and exposing more surfaces for drying. Zion even put me in touch with a local contractor to do the reconstruction work. I hope never to need ZGREEN's services again - but they will be my first call if I do!

Zion and his team did an awesome job for mold repairs. I had a bathroom water leak in the garage ceiling below . Garage ceiling started leaking over Chrismas weekend . Zion responded quickly , gave an estimate which was very reasonable , started work within 1 day , and his team was very professional and systematic - masks , proper containment , mild removal , they assesed the damage , cut the ceiling properly , removed damaged bathroom floor , did mold remidiation , clean up and negative airflow... The mold was removed properly. they even left the containment zippers for me so that they can be reused for bathroom flooring repair. Would recommend Zgreen anytime.

I can't say enough good things about Zion and his team at ZGreen. Professional, courteous and great communication. He came the same day I called after some unfortunate water damage, assessed the situation quickly and helped me understand that it was an issue that homeowners insurance would cover (first major incident in our home that needed professional assistance). My insurance adjuster even commented multiple times how great Zion was during the process of ensuring the water damage was mitigated and cleaned up. Hopefully I never have an issue with some sort of home disaster again, but if I do, I'll be calling Zion and ZGreen.

Experienced 3 significant leaks in our condo across a 2 month period. The first leak was in our outdoor closet, and then a leak in each bathroom - all coming from the unit above us. Reached out to zGreen to investigate mold growth and to remediate the areas. Zion was extremely responsive and very polite. He was honest and always made decisions based upon the right thing to do and with our health in mind. He and his teammate, Miguel were beyond organized and clean. I thought with so much demolition that my house would for sure have been a mess. Not the case at all! They were super tidy, putting plastic partitions where necessary on the ceilings and walls, and protective covers on all flooring. Zion was transparent throughout the process and was always punctual. Hands down - they were the easiest team to deal with throughout our leak reconstruction projects. All areas were remediated efficiently and effectively. We passed all of our mold tests. Would absolutely use again in a heart beat!

I have a rental property and my tenant informed me there was mold in a closet. I wasn't sure who to call so I called the top result on Yelp - ZGREEN. Zion answered the phone and told me he would come out the next day for a free estimate. He was very professional and flexible in that he communicated via SMS with me. He was punctual and confirmed there were no leaks causing the mold. He recommended dehumidifiers air purifiers and opening the windows. I was concerned that whomever I called would take advantage of the situation but Zion was very honest and didn't charge me a cent.
